My son was the youngest in his class in kindergarten. He went on to first grade, but the teacher was skeptical about whether he would be able to progress from there or not because he was immature compared to some of the other kids in his class. A week before I was suppose to start my new job in the suburbs, I got a call. It was someone in the human resources department calling to tell me I needed to register for my classes. When I asked her what she was talking about, she explained that all new employees needed to take a 2 week maintenance training course located in the city. It figures, it’s like I will never get out of that place!

I just dropped my children off and school, now I have to run home and get myself ready. I am meeting my husband for lunch in town. I don’t think we have ever met for lunch, it is kind of exciting. He is taking a maintenance training programs and a class that is being held at a technical school. I begged him to let me pick the restaurant. he knew I was going to pick one of the high end restaurants. He was right, I picked a restaurant that overlooks our city. I feel I deserve this though, as I spend most of my days in sweats chasing after the children.
