Starting Some New Thigh Exercises
I went to the doctor today for a check up on my weight loss. I go to a weight specialist though because I didn’t have any luck loosing weight on my own. So far I’ve lost a good amount of weight from my belly but my thighs just aren’t doing anything. The doctor wanted to wait to see if it was going to even out after a month but it hasn’t so he suggested I try some inner thighs exercises to get a boost on slimming my thighs. I really do hate to exercise but I’m tired of being overweight. So I will do everything the doctor says to.
