My new house has an old air conditioner
I bought a new house (a new house for me anyway) last July and I am really happy with the home. We have had very few problems with the home, but the air conditioner is about 20 years old and uses a lot of electricity. I was looking at upgrading the AC and contacted Service First AC San Antonio Tx and had them come out and look at our AC system. They educated me about current tax credits, new energy efficient GREEN AC systems and also informed me about pricing and credit. We ended up upgrading our HVAC system and got a 10 year warranty on the new system.
