High Gold Prices Used to Buy More Jewelry
Every time that commercial comes on TV about selling your old gold jewelry, I have to laugh. Not because I think it’s silly or anything, but because my mom made so much money doing it. We were watching TV together one day, when that commercial came on. My mom watched it for a minute, and when she heard about the gold prices, she began scrambling around for a pen. She managed to get the website written down, and had a mailer ordered that same day. When she got her check, do you know what she did with it? She went and bought some more jewelry! And that is why I laugh.
