His Biggest Fear
My husband opened a contract maintenance company a few years ago. He has been doing really well. The one problem that he was very concerned about in the beginning, wound up to not be a problem at all. Before he started the business, he would say that there was no way to find good help. His first two employees changed his mind on that. They were great, they came to work everyday, on time and did their job with little assistant. After he moved up his first two employees to management he started to require maintenance training for all the employees. He has never had anything but wonderful employees.
