Website Monitoring Data as Proof for your Host
A few weeks ago, I noticed that my website went down multiple times in one day. I called my hosting company and complained about the problem. Sadly, they said everything was working fine and that my website had been operating properly that entire day.
That’s when I pulled out the big guns. I use a free website monitoring tool that had sent me emails concerning my website’s downtimes and uptimes: Basically, I was sent an email every time my site went down and then every time my site went back up. I had a lot of emails in my inbox! I promptly forwarded all the emails to my hosting company. They apologized for the bad customer service I had received and told me that my hosting performance was being improved. I sure hope they’re right or I might have to find another host. Do you know of any reliable hosting companies?
